This is an example guideline document that shows the type of work I do for Highspring at Google. I refine and maintain LLM output training guidelines, utilizing input from my team and our project stakeholders and engineers at Google. I've developed output training for Google's AI Overview and AI Mode projects.

I used ChatGPT to transform content briefs into first drafts of full articles, which I then refined to meet SurveyMonkey's strict tone and formatting guidelines. I did this work through the SEO contracting company RicketyRoo.

This complex, long-form content required extensive research and incorporated multiple rounds of revisions, using feedback from my staff editor.

An instruction manual and recipe book for the Grosche Milano Moka Pot, using the online flipbook platform Flipsnack. I served as editor for this project, coordinating with my team to fine-tune scope and tone.
