I recently earned my certificate in technical writing from the University of Washington in Seattle. I also have a degree in creative writing from Western Michigan University.

 From writing menus, to managing procedures, to migrating entire databases, my background in the service industry has given me a unique perspective on user experience and a keen understanding of the problems facing everyday users.   

I currently work as a trainer and SME for the content analyst teams for Vaco at Google, where we analyze AI-generated text and categorize errors to help train and evolve Google Advertising AI programs.
